CONTINUE TRAINING, PRICES:

Lessons cost $80.00 per month (for 4 lessons), paid in advance for the entire month.

OR $160 per month for (8 lessons per month).

There are NO LONG-TERM CONTRACTS; lessons are on a month-to-month basis.

You will be enrolled in a recurring payment plan, so I can focus on teaching, rather than bookkeeping, and you can cancel at any time. (Cancellation requires 30 days' notice.)

For the best results, consistency and commitment to your life-changing martial arts program are key. I have students who have been with me for over 50 years.

There are four classes for Level One Women's Self-Defense on Tuesdays from 12 noon to 1 pm. Wear workout clothes.

DONATIONS

Donations are welcome and will go toward buying training equipment for the martial arts program.

This Level One Self-Defense Program is FREE and is dedicated to my friend Rossi Godpodinova, who passed away in 2025 due to domestic violence.

You can also join my regular martial arts classes on Thursdays. Those interested in martial arts, philosophy, and starting a great fitness routine are welcome.

No martial arts experience or special fitness level is required; this program is for everyone!
